High-Quality Floating Hoses
– Your One-Stop Solution
Our floating hoses are made from high-quality rubber and reinforced with multiple layers of steel wires or fibers, offering excellent tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The floating design ensures stable buoyancy in marine environments, making them ideal for efficient transportation of oil, slurry, and other liquids. With customizable specifications, our hoses meet the demands of complex offshore operations while reducing long-term operational costs through durability and reliability.

First-Off Buoy Hose
Located at the starting point of the pipeline, it connects to the offshore buoy (such as a Single Point Mooring buoy). It is designed to be robust, pressure-resistant, and wear-resistant, capable of withstanding mechanical tension and wave impacts from the buoy and marine environment.
Mainline Floating Hose
The main section of the pipeline, responsible for transporting fluids over long distances. It features high-strength buoyancy to ensure it floats on the sea surface and has excellent flexibility to adapt to wave motions.

Tapered Floating Hose
Used to connect pipes of different diameters, with a smooth inner and outer design to reduce fluid resistance. Commonly used in transition sections of the pipeline to ensure compatibility and smooth transport.
Tail Floating Hose
Located at the end of the pipeline, it connects to the ship’s loading and unloading facilities. It is more flexible in structure to accommodate the ship’s movement and wave environment while ensuring stable fluid transfer.

Rail Floating Hose
Specifically designed for the ship’s rail area, facilitating operations and quick connections. It has high flexibility and wear resistance, suitable for narrow operation spaces, ensuring efficient loading and unloading operations.
